Four cars collided at the intersection of Route 59 and 135th Street in Plainfield, Illinois, after a driver failed to slow down at a red light. The collision resulted in a rollover of the Hyundai Tucson, causing it to hit a Ram 2500 and push into a Ford Escape. The driver, a 37-year-old Chicago woman, was extricated from the vehicle and treated for minor injuries at the scene. She was issued three citations for failure to slowen down, improper lane usage, and an unapproved vehicle.
