Uber raises stake in Delivery Hero in $318 million deal

Uber has agreed to purchase an additional 4.5% of shares of German food delivery firm Delivery Hero from its biggest shareholder, Prosus, for approximately 270 million euros ($318 million). The purchase comes after a failed attempt to buy Just Eat Takeaway. The company remains committed to selling the remaining shares within the required period.
