Man in wheelchair, dog, killed in hit-and-run crash in Orlando, FHP says

A man in a wheelchair and a dog were killed in a hit-and-run incident in Orlando, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The driver of the 2021 Lexus ES ran off the road and hit the two adults and a child standing on the curbed median. The vehicle was later found unoccupied in a nearby parking lot. The man and the child were pronounced dead at the scene.
