Megan Ellison's Annapurna 2.0 is expanding its international TV division with the launch of Ed Rubin, former New Regency, Scott Free and Origin Pictures exec, who will lead as Head of International TV based in London. Rubin will have a mandate to originate and develop ambitious scripted projects with top talent from the UK and beyond. Tsedenia Skitch will join him as Development Producer. The focus of the team will be on production, not film distribution, which led to company's struggles pre-Covid. This announcement comes as Chelsea Barnard and Matthew Budman are returning to Annapourna's U.S. team to serve as co-heads of film.
