A 32-year-old Tennessee man led deputies on a car chase in southern Kentucky, leading them to an arrest. The South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force (SCKDTF) attempted to conduct a traffic stop near Holland Road in Scottsville on a vehicle connected with a narcotics investigation. The vehicle fled, leading deputies to a pursuit where the driver was seen throwing objects out the window. Eventually, the vehicle was disabled on Briarfield Road and the suspect was taken into custody without further incident. A K9 was used to sniff the vehicle and a large amount of suspected methamphetamine, suspected fentanyl, and marijuana were found.
