Dutch Bros eyes second San Jose site at shuttered Burger King

Dutch Bros has filed plans for a second coffee shop in San Jose, this time at the site of a shuttered Burger King. The drive-thru coffee chain is seeking to establish a presence at 2170 Monterey Rd. The former Burger King building will be redeveloped and occupy a 0.8-acre parcel. The site will also have 33 parking spaces, down from the current 46.
