Miguela Ovalles Ubri, a second suspect in a mass shooting near Allentown's Dominican Festival, has pleaded guilty to charges of aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person. He was sentenced to four to 10 years in state prison. The shooting, which injured six people, occurred on August 25, 2024. Police found the two men still shooting at each other, but no officers were injured during the incident.
