North Carolina Central men's basketball advanced to the semifinals of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) with a victory over No. 6 Maryland Eastern Shore. The Eagles, led by Dionte Johnson and Gage Lattimore, won the game 83-76. This marks the third consecutive defeat for Maryland Eastern. NC Central will face No. 7 Delaware State in the MEAC semifinals on Friday, March 13 at 8 p.m. The MEAC team fell to 0-3 this season against NCCU, losing three of their three meetings.
