Shania Twain is set to host the 2026 Academy of Country Music Awards for the first time. The 61st ACM Awards will be streamed live on Prime Video from MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on May 17. This is Twain's first time hosting the awards, following Dolly Parton and Garth Brooks' co-hosting of the 2023 ACM awards. The selection of Twain as host was considered a surprise, as Reba McEntire has hosted the ACM Award 18 times and is just one show away from tying Bob Hope's record as the most frequent host of any major awards show. The ACM is produced by Dick Clark Productions, a joint venture between Billboard Industries and Eldridge Media Eldridge.
