Jordan Miller, the sole survivor of a 2024 crash involving Tesla's Cybertruck, has filed a lawsuit against the company alleging that the Cybertrow's electronic door system trapped him and three friends inside a burning vehicle. The complaint, filed in Alameda County, alleges that the vehicle's design prevented occupants from escaping after driver Soren Dixon, 19, struck a tree and three passengers, Jack Nelson, 20, and Krysta Tsukahara, died in the crash. The lawsuit accuses Tesla of negligence, design defect, failure to warn, and failure to recall the vehicle. It also names Dixon's estate and the vehicle’s owner, Charles Patterson.
