Ryan Serhant Expands Into Short-Form Scripted Programming With ‘The Broker.Age’

Ryan Serhant, the star of Netflix's "Owning Manhattan," is expanding into creating original scripted short-form programming with a new series called "The Broker.Age". The 10-part series is a comedy about young adults just starting out in real estate and follows the character of Carl Highmen, who is forced out of retirement to join the Gen Z real estate team. The series will be produced by Serhants and will air on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. In addition to expanding his business to California, Serhrant has begun operations across California.
