The Minnesota Timberwolves star, Anthony Edwards, missed the start of the game against the Dallas Mavericks due to a bathroom emergency. He was replaced by Timberwolves' Mike Conley in the starting line-up. Edwards had been out of the previous six games due to knee inflammation and had been feeling "miserable" away from the court. After the bathroom incident, Edwards was "awesome" in the game, scoring 17 points and assisting with two rebounds and four assists.
