A report by The Information suggests that Microsoft is considering lower-priced options for its Game Pass service, which is already being offered at $29.99 a month for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. The report also mentions that new Microsoft Gaming CEO Asha Sharma is looking at ways to make Xbox products more appealing to a larger set of users. This strategy could appeal to budget-conscious users and investors looking for user growth. However, Sony's PlayStation 5 lineup is set to raise its U.S. prices starting April 2, with the standard PS5 costing $649.99, the Digital Edition costing $599.99 and the PS5 Pro costing $899.99. Microsoft has not confirmed that it is launching ads in Game Pass.
