The Supreme Court will hear a challenge from Catholic preschools alleging that Colorado violated their religious rights by excluding them from a state-funded program. The appeal, supported by St. Mary Catholic Parish, is supported by the Republican administration. The state argues that religious schools are welcome but must comply with nondiscrimination laws. This is the latest religious rights case for the conservative-dominated Supreme Court.
