Nine Winters Bakery, a Korean-American bakery in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is closing after less than a year of operation. The owner, Marissa Ferola, cited family as the reason for the closure, stating that she misses her girls and is choosing to focus on her passion for the business. The bakery was known for its blend of Korean ingredients in American comfort treats, such as Gochujang sticky buns, kimchi cheese danishes, and Doenjonest apple blondies. The last day of service is Sunday, March 29.
