Student of Life, for Life (SOLFL), a private school created by former WeWork executives Rebekah Neumann and Adam Neumann, is set to open in El Portal, Florida, next year. The school, pronounced "soulful," aims to offer non-traditional learning and offer tax-funded scholarships for students in its new location. SOLFL has been operating in Hollywood for two years and plans to enroll high schoolers in high school are also in the works. Despite facing backlash from locals who believe the school and its development plans will negatively impact the character of El Portal.
