19-year-old charged in Virginia Beach shooting that wounded 6 at Oceanfront

A 19-year-old man has been charged with attempted robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, aggravated malicious wounding, and felony reckless handling of a firearm. Four other people have also been arrested for their involvement in the shooting. The shooting occurred on Atlantic Avenue between 18th and 19th streets. The investigation is ongoing.
