Police in Hatboro have located the driver accused of hitting a 14-year-old bicyclist and leaving the scene. The hit-and-run occurred at the intersection of South York and School roads. The driver, identified as Jaden Brill, had a green light at the time of the crash and was able to run to the sidewalk. Police have not yet disclosed whether the driver will face charges.
