Apple begins notifying 2026 Swift Student Challenge winners

Apple has selected 350 winners of the 2026 Swift Student Challenge, a competition that allows up-and-coming student developers to showcase their skills and win prizes. The winners have received a free one-year membership to the Apple Developer program, a chance to take the Swift certification exam, and a personalized certificate from Apple. Additionally, 50 "Distinguished Winners" have been recognized for their outstanding submissions and will receive a three-day visit to Apple Park in Cupertino. The results were announced on Monday ahead of Apple's annual Worldwide Developers' Conference (WDSD), which begins on June 8.
