Jarrad Silver, the chef and owner of Silver and Sons BBQ in Bethesda, has been named as one of the semifinalists for this year's Rammy Awards. This is the first time in 40 years that a public list of semifinalist has been released. The awards are part of the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington and are considered one of their most respected awards.
