Former Dixmoor police Officer, Tory Bridgeforth, has been charged with criminal sexual assault and solicitation of child sexual abuse material by the Cook County sheriff's office. The charges stem from allegations that Bridgeforth requested and received nude videos from a juvenile and had sexual contact with the victim. He was taken into custody on March 4 and ordered to be held in Cook County Jail following his initial court appearance.
