A 23-year-old construction worker from Tsukuba City, Ryuki Okano, has been re-arrested on suspicion of attempted murder for allegedly stabbing a 21-year old male part-time worker in the back on March 25. Okano reportedly confessed to the charges and stated that he thought he was being targeted. The victim was critically injured and did not know Okano.
