‘I’ll be back’: UofL grad injured in Park Hill neighborhood drive-by shooting works hard to recover

Tyler Bright, an aspiring sports broadcaster who was shot in the neck during a drive-by shooting in January, is speaking about his recovery. Bright, who has been recovering at the Frazier Rehabilitation Institute in downtown Louisville, lost feeling from the upper chest down and has undergone hours of intense physical therapy. His speech was severely impacted by the injury. Bright plans to return to broadcasting and is optimistic about becoming more independent each day. The shooting occurred at a gas station in Louisville's Park Hill neighborhood on January 11.
