A video by a woman attempting to feed a hippo at the Taman Safari Zoo in Indonesia has been viewed over 48 million times on TikTok and over 3 million likes. The hippo's disappointed expression was captured on camera and has sparked a frenzy online. The video was viewed as a sign of respect for the hippo and its owner. The San Diego Zoo has stated that hippos are considered "the most dangerous of all mammals" and tend to eat only about 88 pounds of food a day, which amounts to about 1% of their body weight.
