German Defence Minister, Boris Pistorius, has presented a new national military strategy to counter the threat of Russia. The plan includes developing the Bundeswehr into the strongest conventional army in Europe and increasing its defence capabilities in the short term. The strategy also includes the development of technologies such as artificial intelligence, quantum computing and robotics.
