A freeze watch has been issued for most of New Jersey, with temperatures expected to remain below the average for several days. The National Weather Service predicts that rain and colder temperatures will fall across the state on Sunday. A coastal flood advisory is also in effect for the Jersey Shore, Delaware Bay, and areas along the Delaware River. The freeze watch includes 16 of the 21 counties.
