A Dakota County grand jury has indicted Demarco Marquie Jones, 30, on three counts of first-degree premeditated murder, one of murder while committing domestic abuse, and one of second-degree intentional murder. The charges stem from the death of 26-year-old Tatianna Marie Ehnes-Giles. Deputies were called to a Castle Rock Township residence on Dec. 24 and found Jones with blood on his hands and on the back of his head. An autopsy found a single gunshot wound to the head and deemed the death a homicide.
