Big rig truck crashes into yard of house in Crockett Monday afternoon

A big rig truck crashed into the yard of a house in Crockett, causing minor injuries. The truck ran over a fire hydrant, hit a parked car and crashed into a property, according to Officer Michael Taylor from the California Highway Patrol. Donna Moreno, a 62-year-old resident of the house, witnessed the crash and said it knocked down her home's fence and retaining walls. The accident will require three tow trucks to remove the truck.
