Milwaukee-based Brady Corp. buys part of Honeywell for $1.4 billion

Milwaukee-based Brady Corp. is set to buy a division of Charlotte-based Honeywell for $1.4 billion. The acquisition is expected to significantly expand the company's portfolio into leading-edge mobility and scanning solutions. The transaction will be completed in the second half of 2026.
