A Kentucky grand jury has indicted Darin Dillow, the owner of the Limestone Farms Distillery, on one count of theft by deception. The indictment alleges that Dillow used a neighbor's farm equipment and cattle as collateral to secure a $100,000 loan. His neighbor, William McIntosh, claims that the property he used as collateral is owned by his family.
