$62M warehouse proposed for Detroit land once home to famous Kronk gym

A $62 million development has been proposed for a large industrial building on the site where the original Kronk boxing gym was located. The proposed warehouse would be built on a 30-acre site that includes 170 separate land parcels. The development is expected to be completed on the ground.
