A Bloomington man, Shandor Jackson, is facing multiple felony charges for intentionally starting a fire in a home with his mother inside. The fire severely injured the 54-year-old woman, who was taken to a hospital in Indianapolis for treatment. No one else was inside the home at the time of the fire. Jackson was located a short time later through Flock License Plate Readers, leading police to a motel in southwestern Indiana.
