Former Nebraska teacher accused of sexual abuse by school employee will go to trial

Former teacher, Cody Pester, is charged with first-degree sexual abuse by a school employee and is set to go on trial in April. According to state law, teachers cannot have inappropriate sexual relationships with students during their schooling or within 90 days of them graduating. Pester allegedly started a relationship with the victim while he was a wrestling coach at the school and their relationship turned sexual after the student graduated.
