The Georgia Legislature has made a mistake by failing to pass legislation regarding the removal of the QR codes from its ballots. This decision is not the first time the state has allowed for such a decision. The legislation is currently being enforced by the Department of Justice, which seeks to prevent future incidents of racial discrimination.
