Lubbock man indicted for aggravated sexual assault

Christian Alvarez, a 29-year-old man from Lubbock, has been indicted for aggravated sexual assault. The charges stem from a complaint from a juvenile who alleges that he forced him to have sex with him multiple times. While awaiting trial, Alvarez remains in custody on a $250,000 bond.
