Organizers in Kansas City, roughly three months before the start of the World Cup, are unveiling new details ahead of the summer's events. Local organizers are focusing on public practices with international teams and planning for hosting more than 12 teams across six matches. The final days are about testing the guest, whether it's a team, a fan, or a head of state, according to KC2026 president and CEO Pam Kramer. The Netherlands embassy and Curaçao soccer federation representatives have also visited, with representatives expressing their admiration for the local atmosphere. The training session for each team based here will be free, but details on when and how many fans will be permitted are not yet available. Volunteers are now receiving assignments and training will begin in April.
