Albanian's Constitutional Court has ruled that the government's one-year ban on Chinese-owned short video platform, TikTok, was unconstitutional and violated freedom of speech. The ban was initially linked to the death of a teenage boy after online bullying. The court stated that it had not adequately examined the implications of implementing a ban. The ruling was made in response to a motion filed by the Association of Journalists of Albania (AGSH) and the Balkan Investigative Network (ANI).
