The merger between Paramount and Warner Bros is causing concern among Hollywood about the potential disruption of the motion picture industry, as it prepares to lose its second major studio in seven years. Paramount CEO David Ellison, who saved Paramount from being absorbed by Sony two years ago, has promised to make 30 films a year, compared to 15 films from Paramount and 15 from Warner Bros.
