Gustavo Barbosa Sanchez, 24, has been charged with intoxication manslaughter in connection with a fatal crash on US 183 South in February. His blood alcohol level was over twice the legal limit and he was hospitalized with serious injuries. The crash resulted in the death of his passenger, Alejandro Perez Ramirez, who was pronounced at the scene.
