A vehicle crashed into a fire hydrant at a Tampa intersection, causing significant flooding. The incident occurred around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, causing all lanes of West San Luis Street to become impassable. The outermost lane of Northbound and midwestern portions of the roadway also flooded.
