Only judge facing challenger in Portland courthouse misses crucial election deadline

Multnomah County Judge Adrian Brown, the lone incumbent facing a challenger, missed the deadline to file a statement in the Voters’ Pamphlet by just one minute. Despite her efforts to secure an extension, the Oregon Secretary of State’s Office rejected Brown's submission. Brown had previously been sidelined from overseeing serious cases by District Attorney Nathan Vasquez. Despite this, Brown has received endorsements from some of the courthouse’�s most powerful officials.
