The goal is to create definitions for reckless driving and identify each type of motorized bike or scooter. The city's transportation safety committee is also working to add a city ordinance regarding e-bikes. The rise in popularity of e-motos, which can reach higher speeds, has also been noted. For those found illegally riding an e-Bike, the city is considering raising the fine to $500.
