Celebrity tattoo artist Kat Von D plants 15,000 black tulips next to her Indiana home

Celebrity tattoo artist Kat Von D has planted 15,000 black tulips outside her home in southeast Indiana. The tulips are available for viewing while they are in bloom. The artist is also planning to open a luxury shoe brand in Vevay, with plans to be unveiled in May.
