Meet the air-traffic controller behind the PGA Championship

Jackie Endsley, a Midwesterner, has been the director of the 2020 KPMG Women's PGA Championship in Philadelphia for two years. She was chosen after Ryan Ogle stepped down as director following his departure. Endsley's role is part air traffic controller, part brand ambassador, and she plans to incorporate new elements into the tournament, including increased participation from content creators and influencers.
