Suppression hearing for woman charged with drug crimes delayed

A motion by Gray Dellinger, one of the attorneys for Cameron Baker and Kadence Martin, has been filed to have evidence against her dismissed due to allegations of illegally obtained. The motion was filed on behalf of Martin, who was arrested on November 3 last year for drug possession. Dellinger argues that the search was conducted without a warrant and that Baker was not given the opportunity to refuse the search or given her Miranda rights. All five charged with drug trafficking are now facing both state and federal charges. Martin's charges include trafficking a controlled substance, simultaneous possession of drug and firearms, and endangering the welfare of a minor.
