Disney CFO Hugh Johnston has praised the company's board for its thorough succession process, which went on for a year and a half and resulted in the elevation of Disney Experiences Chairman Josh D'Amaro to CEO. D'Amara will officially become D'AMaro at Disney’s annual shareholder meeting on March 20. Dana Walden, Disney Entertainment co-chair, was named President and Chief Creative Officer.
