The film follows Detective Izzy Morgan, a relentless investigator who is tasked with uncovering a murder linked to the city's elite youth. The ensemble cast includes Casey Hartnett, Kyla N. Brown, and Kate McCarty. The film is produced by Garcia and Vasquez, alongside writers R.J. Pineiro and Sean Logan.
