Phil Mickelson, the HyFlyers GC captain, will return to the LIV Golf lineup in South Africa this week after missing four events due to a family health matter. The announcement was made via social media. The three-time Masters champ will make his 2026 season debut at The Club at Steyn City in Johannesburg, South Africa. Despite not publicly announcing his absence this season, he has been replaced by American Ollie Schniederjans, who will replace him in Riyadh. This comes ahead of his 34th appearance at Augusta, where he is set to make his debut.
