Evercade has launched a new portable console, the Nexus, featuring a larger 5.89-inch screen and dual thumbsticks for 3D games. The device also has a slight increase in resolution from 800x480 pixels to 840×512 and a switch from a 4:3 aspect ratio to 16:9. The Nexus will be available for preorder on April 1st for $199.99 and is expected to ship in October 2026. Other upgrades include wireless headphones, a quad-core 1.5Ghz processor, and a larger battery for over five hours of gameplay.
