San Diego's dining and nightlife scene is seeing a surge in activities this month, with various venues offering St. Patrick's Day specials, new openings, and limited-time culinary offerings. Borrego Rooftop Kitchen + Cocktails, located on the ninth floor of Hotel Indigo San Diego – Gaslamp Quarter, will celebrate St.Patrick's Day with festive bites and drinks, including a green draft of Stone Brewing’s Buenaveza Salt & Lime Lager paired with a “Lucky Charms” shot made with Jameson Irish Whiskey, Midori, peach liqueur, and citrus, garnished with a Lucky Charms marshmallow. The celebration continues on March 17 with $6 green beer drafts and bottles of JamesonIrish Whiskey for $200, along with menu items such as carne asada plates and tacos starting at $5. Other notable events include a Shamrock and Mimosas brunch at El Chingon, a Shamroso.
